More Awards News!

Received a lovely surprise call last night when the publisher of KNOW called to let me know that KNOW had won an award at the Association of Educational Publishers annual awards banquet and gala. We won best One-Theme Issue for Issue 5, our issue on light and colour. And, the cover artist for this issue -- the wonderful and talented Howie Woo -- also won in the Visual Story category for his orienteering spread in Issue 54 of YES Mag.

The other day I also received a great email from Reid. It was the first time anyone had ever told me that one of my books (Skunks in this case) had "blown their mind." Surely you exaggerate a tad, Reid?
